Membership: Joining the Manchester Program AIG
Please join us! All participants of the Penn State Manchester program are invited to join the AIG. The newly-formed Manchester Program AIG seeks to:
- Provide support to the Manchester Program, its
faculty, students and alumni;
- Provide a means whereby alumni and friends of the
Manchester Program may join together for professional
and personal interests;
- Stimulate the continued interest in the Manchester
Program experience among all its graduates;
- Keep alumni linked to the people and
events that made their Manchester experience so special
through regional events and reunions;
- Promote enhanced communication and provide a formal
system for networking among alumni, faculty and students;
- Develop an alumni directory that will facilitate
career development, networking, job placement and
job recruitment;
- Provide and enhance students' internship opportunities
in Manchester;
- Encourage the contribution of funds for academic
scholarships and activities for students in the Manchester
Program;
- Honor and award students, alumni
and faculty for outstanding achievements.

Become a Life Member of the Penn State Alumni Association and Help the Manchester Program AIG!
Now There Is Another Great Reason To Become A Life Member of the Penn State Alumni Association. A $50 Donation To The Manchester Program Alumni Interest Group!
Just jot down IBG (the Manchester Program Alumni Interest Group three-digit code) on your Penn State Life Membership Alumni Association application and $50 will be donated to the Manchester Program Alumni Interest Group. Your donation will help defray alumni interest group event costs, and a portion of the $50 will also be donated to the Philip Radcliffe International Student Scholarship. This scholarship provides financial assistance and recognition to outstanding undergraduate students who are enrolled in the Manchester Study Abroad Program and are in need of financial assistance. Your new life membership will also help Penn State achieve its goal of having the largest number of life members by the year 2005 (currently we are second in the nation with regards to life members).
