Breaking News
The Season isn't over yet ... Never lose hope ... Tradition Lives Forever
Michigan State is the last challenge for the Nittany Lions. With a win the Nittany Lions will go onto being 11-1 with a Big Ten Title under their belt. Their next location will be Pasadena, CA for the Rose Bowl ... unless their are a flurry of upsets and lost games in the remainder of the season after the Michigan State matchup.
With this being the last game of the season and the Big Ten Title on the line, we're encouraging everyone to bring your spirit ... bring your pride ... let's support the team in numbers and root them on towards the title!
Our football game watches are at Johnny's Restaurant and Bar located in the heart of Soulard. There you'll find enthusiastic Penn State fans to share your camaraderie for the Nittany Lions. Plenty of "We Are..." chants! So come on down and cheer on the Nittany Lions with other Penn Staters!
Penn State - St. Louis Chapter Shirts on Sale Now During All Gamewatches!
Shirts will be on sale during all upcoming Penn State gamewatches at Johnny's Restaurant and Bar in Soulard. Cost for a shirt is $12 SML / $13 XL XXL Just ask the gamewatch host on how you can acquire a shirt.
Get Involved with the PSUAA St. Louis Chapter
We are looking for eager individuals interested in organizing and overseeing events. If you are interested in formulating a committee and/or hosting an event please tell us. And if you're interested, come to our board meetings ... every 2nd Wed. of the Month on the 2nd floor of Johnny's at 6:30 pm.
Help Johnny's in Promoting Safety in Soulard
Once again Johnny's will be offering raffle tickets for $5 for a large neon sign bearing the PSU logo and Budweiser sponsor (it currently hangs in our game watch room). Proceeds will benefit the local safe-watch of Soulard. The drawing will take place during our PSU Bowl Game Watch (yes, it will happen)! You do not need to be present to win.
Help us 'Sack Hunger'
For every non-perishable item you bring you will receive an entry in a drawing for huge prizes (to be announced) that will be given away during the PSU Bowl Game Watch!
HUGE PRIZE for the year: An Authentic Penn State Nittany Lion Football Helmet
You do not need to be present to win. We have collected over 350 lbs. of food thus far this year!
Another year of the 50/50 Raffle at our gamewatches with proceeds benefiting the IFC/Panhellenic Dance Marathon (THON)
Tickets will begin to sell at the end of the first quarter and continue to the end of the third quarter. Drawing will take place at the end of the third quarter. Tickets are $1 a piece, and 6 for $5.
In accordance with a 50/50 raffle, 50% of the raffle proceeds will go towards the Penn State IFC/Panhellenic Dance Marathon, also known as THON.
Don't forget to pay your Dues
Dues are only $15 per family. What a steal! In return you receive raffle tickets for door prizes at Penn State game watches, first opportunity to purchase tickets to a Penn State football game to which we've been allotted tickets by the Alumni Association, and reduced costs to Penn State St. Louis Alumni events!
