RENEW THE PRIDE 2023

The Capital District Chapter is a chartered chapter of the Penn State Alumni Association. The chapters of the Association help provide services and friendship to alumni, students, and community members and their families of the Pennsylvania State University, as well as the families of current students, within a particular region.

After their college days have passed, alumni still maintain ties to Penn State and with each other through the Association's many affiliation groups. The Penn State Alumni Association sponsors 280 chartered groups that provide opportunities for professional development, networking, volunteering, and friendship building.

We give kudos to Conor Moran who gifted NYCD with most of the graphics that this site uses. He designed an award-winning site in the early 2000's that had to be scuttled due to a server space shortage when the university changed providers. They have again changed and now allow us enough space to utlilize Conor's wonderful pictures. Thanks, Conor!!
